“I’ve three things to say to you, Louie.”
“Okay, Al.”
The bout between Lefty Louie and Skullcrusher Gordo was a week off. Skullcrusher's record was 17-0, all by knockouts. Al was Louie's manager. 
“One… Avoid Skullcrusher's left hook.”
“Okay, Al. But do you have to keep calling him Skullcrusher?”
“Fine, Louie, have it your way… Now two, don't let Gordo hit you with his right cross.”
“Got it.”
Al turned. Where was his cigar butt? He began to look for it.
“How about three, Al?”
“Oh yeah… Three, Louie … If he does connect, just stay down for the count.”
