Sunday Abraham is an engineering student at the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria. He wasn't born with amazing talent but decided to train himself to perform well. Dedication is what keeps him going and is what sets him apart from others.

He his fond of using graphite and charcoal to work and he is very passionate about making art and always tries to express himself through art in order to making it serve as a means of freedom.

Artist's Statement

My creative work is mostly drawing. I believe that insights in art are supported by a cross-disciplinary practice and I found that my work in one discipline will influence my work in another. These drawings are representation of what I see and hear everyday, violence,  brutality, bad governance, the way we should see and love our skin/self. In generally I capture the beauty in every object, human, etc. and work in different mediums to express my ideas, emotions, and thoughts in every piece. My works are usually drawn with graphite and charcoal pencils.
